Our Flair Series is our semi-custom home offering that allows customers a wide range of options based on a variety of existing floor plans. Our Flair Series homes can be entirely based on a previous design or use previous designs as more of a template to build upon. These homes are not 100% custom like our Custom Series homes, but they still leave plenty of room for customers to create a one-of-a-kind home.
Our Flair Series Homes take anywhere from 8 months to a year or more to build, depending on your options. During your home’s design phase, our team will provide a more accurate timeline for construction.
The average price range for our Flair Series homes is between $400,000 and $600,000 or more, depending on the floor plan, location, and customization options.
